Our story;

Fabrizio & Roberto have been in hospitality for over 40 years where they used to have a pizzeria in Italy years ago. They came to the uk to bring culinary tradition & authentic flavours through Italian food.

Now, in the newly built town on Marleigh Fabrizio & Roberto have passed this passion through their children. Salento's Marleigh will bring the essence of Italy to your table with a rich culinary heritage passed down generations. "The most fabulous local cafe - the hot drinks are great (my favourite is the thick Italian hot chocolate that makes you feel like you’re on holiday) and the food is amazing as well. But the best bit is how friendly and kind the owners are. They’re a real credit to our community and the perfect addition to Marleigh!

Oh and of course, the ice cream is so good that it’s worth buying even in the cold winter!"
